Declaration of interests (Chris Nicholson)

In the interest of transparency, Chris published the following declaration of interests on the final day of nominations, Tuesday 20 April 2010.

Employment

I had been self-employed as a partner at KPMG since 1993. I left the KPMG Partnership on 31 March 2010 and have no current employment.

Property interests

I jointly own my home in Hambalt Rd, Sw4 with my fiancée. I also own my former home which since my daughter moved out last year has been on the market for sale.

Financial interests

I have a small number of other financial investments and cash deposits. As someone who has been self-employed for over half my working life I have access to a small occupational pension scheme. I therefore hold a personal pension plan

Total financial interests

I estimate the net value of my property and financial interests, including my home, but excluding my personal pension plan to total approximately £1.5 million

Tax status

I am, always have been, and if elected will continue to be, UK resident and domiciled for tax purposes.
